Tasks and responsibilities of a Business Manager 
As a Business Manager you will have a key role in the service delivery to our customers. You will be responsible for a set of customers together with your team that reports to you, which consists of Service Managers, Technical Account Managers and Technical Engineers.

The role has a lot to do with making sure that your team can do their work efficiently, paying attention to the challenges they face and to act to get them out of the way. It is also about making sure that we are continuously improving the way we do things. Collaboration is fundamental to our success, and you need to be curious and open establishing connections with colleagues across the organization.

You will report to the CEO of Orange Business, Sweden and be a member of the Swedish management team.

For this position you should have

• 5 years of experience in management and people management.
• 5 years of experience from IT operations and ITIL
• Experience from client facing roles
• Skills to coordinate a range of technical deliveries to customers
• Good verbal and written communications skills in both Swedish and English
• Experience from project management is a plus
